This luxuriously decorated two (2) bedroom, two (2) bath condo has all the comforts of home with one king size bed in the master and queen size bed in the spare bedroom, each with their own bath. There are flat screen TVs throughout the condo, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer
For the golfers, Barefoot Resort is famous for its four golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, Greg Norman, Davis Love III and Pete Dye. There are 2 eateries within the resort, the Barefoot Marina on the Intracoastal Waterway, and miles and miles of hiking and biking paths through the lush 2,300 acres of tropical beauty.
If it is shopping, dining and entertainment you are looking for, then experience Barefoot Landing, a collection of more than 150 shops, restaurants and attractions located on the boardwalk around a 27-acre lake. WILL STAY AGAIN
OUR STAY AT GREEN BRIAR WAS ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE AND ENTERTAINING. WITH PAR 3 GOLF OUT OUR BACK DOOR, WORDS AND CLUB THROWING.
WE WERE AN EASY WALK TO THE POOL. GARAGE WAS A CONVENIENT.
LOTS OF COOKING UTENSILS AND A FEW EXTRAS.
THE PROPERY WAS VERY CLEAN, AND WELL-MAINTAINED.
WE HAD ONE ISSUE BUT ONE CALL TO TONI AND SEE WAS ON IT!!
ALTHOUGH WE PLANNED ON STAYING UNTIL APRIL 24, WE HAD TO CUT OUR VACATION SHORT DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS
BUT WILL CALL TONI IF WE NEED THE RENT AGAIN

Clean & comfortable 1st floor condo on the golf course. Perfect location with a short drive to the beach and many wonderful restaurants & shopping in Barefoot Landing, a 2 minute drive. Tanger Outlet a 10 minute drive. Barefoot Landing is safe, very clean, family friendly & offers so many dining options with outdoor activities for live music, shopping, fireworks & more.
