It has a king size bed, walk-in closet, plenty of dresser space for storage, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and two chaise lounge chairs in the sitting area.
The second bedroom, also located on the first floor has two twin beds, dresser for storage, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The third bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, flat screen TV and full bath. The kitchen is well stocked for those family meals and opens to the family room and dining area. You can cook and still entertain with your friends and family. The dining area seats six with additional seating around the counter area. The family room has a large flat screen TV for enjoying your favorite show or movies. The large sliding glass doors open up to a private courtyard for additional living space. Enjoy your morning coffee or just sit back and relax and enjoy the weather the south has to offer. The kids would enjoy the space for playing games or just enjoying the outdoors.

The Clearwater Bay community pool is located steps from the unit or you may like to use the Grand Strand's largest saltwater pool located at the North Tower overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway within the Resort. If you prefer the 'sand between your toes', the beach is located one mile from the Resort entrance and there is a free shuttle in the summer season for pick ups and drop offs from the beach or Barefoot Landing. The Resort offers three restaurants, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just for a cocktail, you can relax and take in the scenery of the golf course or the boats going by on the Intercoastal Waterway. If you need to pick up some quick staples without going over the bridge, stop into the Barefoot Market & Cafe. There is an Urgent Care located across from the market in the event you are feeling a little under the weather.

Is shopping in your plans? Visit Barefoot Landing located across the Intracoastal with over 100 shops and 20 restaurants, two Tanger Outlets, Coastal Mall or Market Commons. Take in a show at the Alabama Theater or the House of Blues where the big names play. Hit the links at one of the resort's four iconic golf courses: The Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Davis Love III and Greg Norman or the onsite driving range. Call the pro shop and schedule your tee times for a memorable round on one of these championship courses.

Entertainment galore can be enjoyed at the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Carolina Opry, Comedy Cabana and the Pirate Dinner & Show to name a few that are all located within a ten minute drive from the Resort.
