This resort townhome features a first floor level living, allowing easy access for your comfort and convenience. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans and the living room has a 65" flat screen. The unit is equipped with a full washer and dryer. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and extended counter for additional seating for four. Each bedroom has its own tv. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king size bed, walk-in closet and private bath. Second bedroom also located on the main level with 2 twin size beds and a private bath. The third bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom and the fourth bedroom has a twin and a full bunkbed with private bathroom. The loft area has a couch and additional chairs for seating plus a TV/VCR for additional entertaining for the kids. There are also two bicycles to enjoy wondering around the 2500 acre resort.

The Clearwater Bay community pool is located steps from the unit. You may also want to use the Grand Strand's largest saltwater pool located at the North Tower, a short ride from the unit, located on the Resort along the Intracoastal Waterway. If you prefer the beach, and a complimentary shuttle during the summer season runs to the beach and Barefoot Landing. At the beach there a number of water sports to enjoy.

There are four eateries located on the Resort. Whether it's for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just for a cocktail, you can relax by enjoying the scenery of the golf courses or the boats going by on the Intracoastal Waterway. Hit the links at one of the resort's four iconic golf courses; The Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Davis Love III and Greg Norman or the onsite driving range. Call the pro shop and schedule your tee times for a memorable round on one of these championship courses.

For the 'Shop Till You Drop' group, Barefoot Landing On The Waterway, with its many shops borders Barefoot Resort making it a short walk, drive or bike ride away. The Grand Strand's Coastal Mall, Market Common and two Tanger Outlets are sure to keep the shoppers busy. Entertainment galore can be enjoyed at the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Carolina Opry, Comedy Cabana, and The Pirate Dinner & Show to name a few that are located within a ten minute drive from the Resort.
